We inspect each item carefully before we package your pup's swags. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item(s) must be unused and unwashed and in its the original packaging and condition.
All customized items including Swagsnood are exempted from being returned or exchanged.
All sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.
Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an item is to be returned and/ or exchanged, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend you send the parcel back with a tracking information as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.
Please email us at email@example.com advising that you would like to return/ exchange an item. Please reference your order# and the reason for returning the item. We’ll provide you with the return address. You can then provide us with tracking information for the returned/ exchanged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation of Orders
We may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you, if should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
